Shonky sellers who want to boost their feedback scores often list
worthless items, then "buy" them themselves using a second username,
just so they can leave glowing feedback comments about themselves. I
once got a clown thrown off eBay for doing that. He was listing
"Ordinary 5c coin found in my change" in the coin collectors category.
I pointed out that his positive feedback was appearing within minutes
of the auctions' end, and he couldn't possibly be delivering the
supposed coins. With "digital delivery" those clowns are harder to
expose.
