JHead, ****ted to OSX:
http://www.sentex.net/~mwandel/jhead/
It's command-line, but "jhead -norot file.jpg" would undo
the erroneous rotation setting.
There's also "jpegtran -copy all" for losslessly rotating
a JPEG...
