What file was a StuffIt file? The 2 links I gave were both Mac
OS X native .dmg files. .dmg files, when you double click on the,
mount up like a disk volume.
If you have .sit files, then something is very strange.
If you have .dmg files and the system is asking for StuffIt, then
someone has changed the default utility for handling .dmg files.
If this is the case, and you want to correct this, then do the
following:
Select the .dmg file
File menu -> Get Info...
Open With:
DiskImageMounter
Change All...
Close the Get Info dialog box
You should now be able to double click on the .dmg file and have
it mounted as a pseudo disk volume, and from there access the
Skype applications.
And if you are referring to some other links and some other
application, then I'm just confused by your replying to my post.
