Yeah, I definitely need to do that at some stage as I've messed too
much around with things (installing/reinstalling software, trying out
this and that haxie, removing files, doing things I really know
nothing or little about).
I found out that by logging into another user-account I've set up on
the same machine I could add a new location without any problem (I
didn't try editing an existing one), so something is wrong with my
user-account.
I think I've learnt my lesson now, and next time will keep my sticky
fingers away from the innards of the OS ;-)
