Has Apple (like everyone else)farmed out their customer service to one
or more centers outside the U.S.?
I called their nbr- 800-275-2273 three times over the last week. Everyone
spoke _perfect English. None understood what I was asking. Still haven't
been helped.
Each went thru the same reading from a list routine.
Funny thing, I did get one lady who sounded American, but couldn't answer
the question. She said she would connect me to someone who could. You
guessed it. Where the call went to, that is.
Any facts or opinions welcome.
