Nah. No reason you should know this, either.
Using a tool like Onyx, there is a check box for cleaning up just the
front user or all of them.
There really isn't anything happening to the other users when they
aren't being used. If they are being used, their activities affect only
(files within the folder of) that user. So, if any one user has a
problem, cleanup is about removing the affected file in that user
folder.
