My personal preference is for Parallels. It is an application into which
you
can load Windows within MacOS Tiger or Leopard. You can drag and drop
between desktops and a whole lot more.

http://www.parallels.com/en/products/desktop/

With BootCamp, you have to reboot the computer to change OS.

It's a no-brainer for me.
