For running the regularly scheduled maintenance scripts, I think there's
a better alternative than a tool that runs it only when you say so.
Take a look at <http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/26808>
and see what you think about Anacron. It's free, and it runs them at
the next op****tunity after their scheduled time has been missed. This
is preferable, in my opinion, to simply running them whenever you think
of it.
