You would have to manually organize the fonts in folders, and then copy
the 
folders to the DVD. Be careful about re-organizing the system fonts. I
have 
heard that if you move these fonts you can screw up the smooth operation
of 
the computer. Any add on fonts can be organized anywhere you like.
