I've been using it for about a month and I'm cra****ng an average of
about 5 times a day. (I'm a major power user, running several
applications at once until they start to slow down and then have to
restart several times a day)
I'm kinda used to crashes on Macs being cause by extension conflicts
but learned to live with it because I needed the extensions too much to
do without them.
Now with Leopard, I've installed a bunch of 'extras' like CopyPaste,
DefaultFolder, Growl, MagicMenu and a small monthly calendar for the
menubar.
And once again, here I am using major applications like Photoshop,
Cubase, Dreamweaver, OfficeX etc.. and I'm getting constant crashes.
I guess I can get rid of the little extras but it seems kinda dumb
after 15 years of using Macs. Like, they still don't have extension
conflicts figured out yet? Or is Leopard just too unstable to use
right now?
I bought a MacPro Core 8 so I wouldn't have to deal with these problems
anymore yet here I am again, feeling like I'm back in 1993 using my old
Classic II. (except with a bigger screen and in color)
