I'm new to MACs and now have a machine running 10.4.3. I cannot get it
onto the internet. It will ping my other machine and various web sites but
not my gateway. Safari refuses to open anything and Mac software update
fails. Network diags says it can't fix the problem. What could be causing
this problem? TIA
