Greeting,
I've got a Mac G3 Blue&White and a Mac Ilsi. I want to transfer the hard
disk's content of the Ilsi to the G3 but all seems incompatible.
First, the disk of the Ilsi is of type SCSI; I don't even have a SCSI
card in my G3.
The floppy disk only exists in the Ilsi (and transferring 320 Mb by
parts of 1.4 Mb seems long).
Of course, no usb or ethernet in the Ilsi. There are only 2 connectors
which I think may be usefull: the "modem" ****t (an old like-adb
connector with more pins) and the "hard disk" ****t (also old, like a
screen connector with 2 rows and 25 pins).
There is also no IDE/ATAPI ****t in the Ilsi so I can't put the hard disk
of the G3 in the Ilsi (which won't certainly recognize an HFS+ format,
anyway).
I believe there are other ways than buying a SCSI card for my G3 (not
usefull to buy a card just for using it once). What is the best way to
achieve this? TIA.
