Via Voice stopped working

I have been using IBM ViaVoice Simply Dictation 3.0 with no problems on 
my iMac 1.25GHz G4 until upgrading to OS 10.3.7. Now none of the 
ViaVoice applications (ViaVoice Preferences, VoiceCenter, SpeakPad) will 
even launch.

Scansoft, which distributes ViaVoice, won't even answer an email without 
charging $9.95. Their website provides no assistance whatsoever, and the 
most current version of the OS that they have an update for is 
10.2.2-10.2.6.

Does anyone know how I can get this software working again, or know of a 
company that I can ask without having to pay for the privilege?
